Louis is an Operations Architect within Comcast. During his career at Comcast we has worked with the Customer Care team to provide the best possible solutions to agents support Comcast’s subscribers. He enjoys finding seemingly simple solutions to complex technical problems. Prior to Comcast, Lu worked for a wide range of technical roles including a Treasury Systems Developer, Network Administrator at a regional ISP, and Systems Administrator at a special needs school.
