When and where can I pick up my badge?

Pick up your badge and materials at Registration, located on the 4th floor of the Hilton Austin Hotel. Registration hours are:

  • Wednesday, September 7: 7:30am – 7:00pm
  • Thursday, September 8: 8:00am – 7:00pm
  • Friday, September 9: 8:00am – 5:00pm

When are the sponsor booths open?

Sponsor booths are open all day September 7 and 8, including during breaks, lunch, and the Welcome Party and Happy Hour in the evenings. Be sure to visit our amazing sponsors in the Community Hall during nginx.conf 2016 to stay up to date on the latest news and offerings to help you build and deliver apps at scale.

Will you have paper schedules?

Schedule boards throughout the space will help you track what’s happening when, or you can grab a printed version of each day’s schedule at Registration to take with you.

Is there Internet access?

Wireless Internet access will be available on the nginx.conf network throughout the conference area, with no password required. Keep in mind that you’re sharing the network with your fellow nginx.conf attendees, so please refrain from downloading large files or otherwise using lots of bandwidth. If you need assistance getting online, please stop by Registration or send a message to @NGINX on Twitter.

Are you recording the sessions?

Yes, all sessions and keynotes at nginx.conf are being recorded, and will be shared via the NGINX YouTube account, pending speaker consent.

Are you photographing the conference?

Photographers and videographers (including ones we’ve hired) will be documenting nginx.conf 2016. By entering the conference area, you consent to appearing in the resulting photos or videos. Photos or videos taken by or on behalf of NGINX, Inc. may be posted on one or more of our sites or used in future marketing materials and publications. We also encourage attendees to share their conference experiences through social media.
